Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and verify that the work is being performed according to the approved plans. Ensure that all construction work complies with quality standards, specifications, and safety regulations. Assist in inspecting completed work for quality assurance and compliance with contractual requirements. Help troubleshoot and resolve on-site construction issues, recommending corrective actions as needed. Report on site conditions and highlight any potential delays or risks to senior engineers or the project manager. Work closely with project managers to assist in the coordination of construction activities. Monitor the progress of the project, ensuring work is completed on time and according to the schedule. Assist in managing construction personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure a smooth flow of activities. Help in the coordination of deliveries of materials and equipment, ensuring timely arrival and proper handling. Maintain effective communication with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure that everyone is aligned with the project goals. Participate in project meetings, providing updates on site activities, progress, and challenges. Collaborate with other engineering disciplines (e.g., electrical, mechanical, civil) to address any issues related to the project. Learn and apply new construction technologies, tools, and techniques. Take responsibility for personal growth, aiming to move towards more senior roles in the engineering field.

• An initial consolidated amount of Rs. 40,000 - 60,000 per month, all-inclusive.
• The consolidated remuneration will be increased by 5% for each succeeding year, subject to satisfactory performance.
